Provides residents & tenants with a user-friendly portal to submit requests, access important documents, and communicate with management effortlessly.
They can view the progress of the repair under the “Repair Request” tab. Residents will also receive an email notification when the status of their repair has been updated.

Here residents can sign into the portal and submit a request for repairs for their suite or common element.
Here residents can post bulletin ads such as items for sale/rent under approved categories.
The resident will receive an email notification when the booking has been approved and can also view it here in the portal.

Online elevator and amenity bookings make it convenient for residents to move into their new homes and book available amenities at their buildings
Once the Concierge enters their package into the portal, residents receive an email notification that a package has been received.

Here residents can easily track their deliveries such as packages and letters received by building staff.
Here residents can view important upcoming building events in a calendar view.
Documents can then be easily downloaded and saved on devices if required.

Here residents will have access to all important building documents that have been posted on the portal.
Residents can see their building information and who their building contacts are.
