Management and Building staff get a snapshot of Action items that require attention which includes Reservations to approve, pending maintenance requests, new incident reports, and postings to approve. Managers can also see Resident leases due to expire. Under the Property tab building staff can also search for parking and locker information, Pets, building assets and building store.

Software is accessible remotely by the Management Team, Front Desk & Security personnel, and other authorized users, with varying levels of access and rewriting capabilities.
Under each suite, you have all the information in one spot.

Any correspondence for that unit can also be attached, such as ownership documents, and lease agreements.

All booking instructions that Management requires will appear when resident is making their reservation.
Management and building staff can submit repair requests on behalf of residents, provide updates and change the status of the work orders.

Data can be used to see patterns of failure which can assist Management in possible prevention and budgeting.
Under the Security section, staff can log activities for key transactions, visitors and contractors, log and track packages for residents, write incident reports, complete daily log reports and staff notes. All of these sections have fully searchable fields making it quick and convenient to look up information.
Here Managers can securely email notices to all residents or specific units in the building or post a reminder or short message on the publications which will appear on the Resident dashboard. Property Information and Resident Directory are also available under this tab.
Managers can access the resident portal here and review and approve bulletins/classifieds that residents have submitted.
Here Managers can prepare reports on repairs, activity logs, Amenity books and Surveys.
